This is the handout for our "What to do beyond church" workshop in Liberia!
 More than ever, we need your help! Food is scarce and inflation has crippled the ordinary family from obtaining basic necessities. Pictured above is Pastor Yulier with a double food package - costing $270 USD. He divides the packs amongst the poorest, the sick, and our Christian brothers and sisters. We are notified when packages are available and immediately send funds. Thank you for being a part of this compassion ministry.
Because of what Jesus has done, Easter is a season of hope and new life! This lady with her son were allocated new low income housing unit. We were able to deliver our Easter meal pack, the "story of Easter" book and some donated kitchenware & toys to them, so they too could celebrate Easter in their new home for the first time!
Yes, it is finished! Death could not hold him! Jesus is risen! He is alive, the same yesterday, today and forevermore! We are so grateful for the hands and feet of Pastor John Peter. From Feb 5-7, he traveled to two communities, Octi-Ofago and Okura-Olafia to preach the Gospel and give rice. Sixty-five widows, pastors, and some elderly men received the much needed food. One woman testified that she and her children did not have any food that day and that God provided just in time! “My babies won’t cry tonight,” she said as she earnestly thanked God. Our God is a God of abundance and his promises never change! He is our provider at all times! We are merely his courier delivering his provision & his love for those close in his heart!
They opened the gift of gloves or toque and wore it to keep them worm immediately after they received it! The gift of love warms not only the body but hearts of many in Downtown Eastside community. Thanks to all volunteers, donors of gifts and finances to make a difference this Christmas for the homeless!
